개인정보처리방침

스튜디오모키 압구정로데오점(이하 “스튜디오”)은 고객의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. 이 방침은 홈페이지(studiomoki.co.kr) 예약, 인스타그램 메시지(DM) 응대, 홈페이지 방문 통계에 적용됩니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보와 이용 목적

2. 보관 기간
- 예약 정보: 촬영일로부터 1년 보관 후 삭제합니다.
- 인스타그램 DM 기록: 받은 날로부터 30일 보관 후 자동 삭제합니다.
- 방문 통계: 개인을 알아볼 수 없는 형태로 보관합니다.
- 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 경우 그 기간 동안 보관합니다.
3. 제3자 제공
스튜디오는 고객의 개인정보를 외부에 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우는 예외입니다.
4. 처리 위탁 및 이용하는 서비스
- Google(Google Workspace·Apps Script): 홈페이지 예약 정보 저장과 예약 안내 메일 발송
- Meta Platforms(Instagram): 인스타그램 메시지 수신·발송
- Netlify: 홈페이지 운영
- 네이버(네이버 예약): 매장 예약 관리를 위해 예약자 이름·연락처·예약 시간 등록
- 카카오(카카오톡): 새 예약이 들어오면 매장 담당자에게 예약 알림 발송
5. 고객의 권리
고객은 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처나 인스타그램 DM으로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.
6. 데이터 삭제 요청
인스타그램 DM 기록이나 예약 정보의 삭제를 원하시면 매장 전화 또는 인스타그램 DM으로 “개인정보 삭제 요청”이라고 알려 주세요. 확인 후 7일 이내에 삭제하고 결과를 안내합니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
개인정보는 접근 권한이 있는 담당자만 볼 수 있도록 관리하며, 인증 정보는 암호화하거나 접근을 제한해 보관합니다.

Privacy Policy
Effective: September 27, 2026
Studio Moki Apgujeong Rodeo (“the Studio”) respects your privacy. This policy covers bookings made on studiomoki.co.kr, Instagram Direct Message inquiries, and website visit statistics.
Information we collect and why
- Bookings: name, contact information, email, booking date/time and selected options, used to confirm, change or cancel your booking.
- Instagram messages: your Instagram-scoped user ID and the messages you send us, used to answer your inquiry (including automated replies) and keep a record of the conversation.
- Visit statistics: a random visitor ID stored in your browser, pages viewed, referrer and device type. We do not store IP addresses or names.
Retention
Booking data is kept for one year after the shoot date. Instagram message records are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law. We use Google (booking storage and emails), Meta Platforms (Instagram messaging), Netlify (website hosting), Naver (our in-store booking system) and Kakao (booking alerts to our staff) to provide our services.
Your rights and data deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. To delete your data, send us an Instagram DM saying “delete my data”. We will delete it within 7 days and let you know.
